Guests must provide their ID number and will be requested to send a copy of their ID via Email together with an ID of the card holder if it differs from the person booking the accommodation

Cleaning and breakage deposit

 

R1500 per unit refundable within 7 days if no breakage and fines (for excessive noise) were issued and the unit is left in an acceptable way
We collect your damage deposit by: Bank transfer
We collect this from your guests: Up to 7 days before arrival
We return your damage deposit by: Bank transfer
We return this to your guests: Up to 7 days after check-out

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 21 days before arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
