1. All rates are on a self-catering basis per apartment and only accommodate the number of people specified, including children.

2.  All bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed on receipt of pre-payment.

3. We require a 100% pre-payment in order to confirm your booking, not receiving this will result in your provisional booking to be cancelled.

4. Standard Check in time is 14H00 and standard Check out time is 10H00.

5. Cancellations made before 14 days prior to date of arrival is a free cancellation, within 14 Days prior to standard check in time will be subject to a full cancellation fee to the value of the accommodation booked.

6. Cancellation of bookings are accepted, only if served in writing.

7. Guaranteed reservations will be kept for the first night only, thereafter the accommodation will be released and sold again 

8. Rates may be subject to change without prior notice

9. Please note we are making use of Virtual Card Virtual Card Services(VCS)to process online credit card payments. VCS is a registered Payment Service Provider (PSP) offering leading payment gateway services. For your protection, the online payment system only accepts credit cards enrolled on the MasterCard 3D secure system or Visa cards enrolled on the Verified by Visa system.
